Chico, Ca – Northern California National Bank (OTCBB: NCNB.OB), reported a profitable 4th quarter by earning $159,250 for the three months ending December 31, 2009. The 2009 net income for the 12 months ended December 31, 2009 was $426,795.
The Bank’s total assets were $101.3 million at December 31, 2009, a 25.4% increase from the December 31, 2008 balance. Loans totaled $29.8 million, up 7.1% from a year ago and deposits increased 28.5% and ended the period at a balance of $82.1 million. The Bank continues to have superior asset quality with no 90 days or more past due or non-accrual loans or other assets as of December 31, 2009. Northern California National Bank is also considered to be well capitalized and far exceeds the minimum regulatory requirements.
